In April 2017, The Clouds Yoga Studio welcomed a new baby...HOT YOGA! We have a beautiful studio dedicated solely to hot yoga offering 10+ heated classes Monday through Saturday. Practicing yoga in heated room increases your pulse rate and metabolism, allowing your blood vessels to become more flexible. This makes circulation easier while increasing blood flow to the limbs. Other benefits include flushing out toxins and improving the lymphatic system.
We recommend students have some yoga experience for our hot classes as they are a fast paced vinyasa flow style class (unless otherwise noted). It is recommended to arrive to class 10-15 minutes early to adjust to the temperature. We keep the temperature between 85 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. HYDRATION and Listening to your Body are also very important when practicing hot yoga.
Practicing Saucha (cleanliness), we kindly ask that you bring your own mat to all Hot Yoga classes (thank you!).
