"The Clouds Yoga Studio", located inside The Club, offers 40 + mind-body classes a week: morning, evenings and weekends plus special yoga events monthly. In April of 2017, the Studio was renovated for Pilates and Yoga, and our Hot Yoga Studio was introduced. Throughout the year, the Clouds hosts many different types of workshops and master classes. Instructors at "The Clouds Yoga Studio" have a minimum of 200 hours of yoga training in various traditions of yoga and meet all Yoga Alliance Standards for certification. Also, all Pilates instructors have nationally recognized certifications, as well as extensive training in various styles of Pilates. Our mind-body teachers participate in ongoing continuing education training with some attaining 300 and 500 hour certifications. They are trained and experienced in instructing students of every level.
We provide everything you need, but encourage people who prefer their own equipment to bring theirs for all classes. For Hot Yoga it is required that you bring your own mat.
All Mind-body classes are included in your membership at The Club/The Clouds. Non-members are welcome to join classes for a minimal day fee, which also gives access to the fitness facility and it's amenities! The drop-in rate for non-members is $15 a day or a class pass can be purchased for $120 to attend 10 classes (passes are valid for 4 months and are non-refundable and non-transferable).
